The Pulled BBQ Chicken Quesadillas, New Orleans Style Oyster Po’Boy and the Buttermilk Chicken Breast Sandwich are among the tasty selections. Pastas include the Grills Pasta, with Italian sausage, zucchini, Roma tomatoes, fresh jalapenos and black beans in a creamy Parmesan sauce; Grilled Chicken and Mushroom Fettuccine Alfredo; Pizza Pasta; and Primavera tossed in Alfredo or fresh basil marinara sauce. Tasty entrees include the Catfish Duet, consisting of two catfish fillets, once blackened and one deep-fried, served with dirty rice. The salad menu features a Pulled Chicken Salad and Barbeque Tuna Salad, as well as Chicken Caesar, the Deli Salad, and Fresh Spinach Salad with Granny Smith apple wedges, crumbled bleu cheese and hot bacon dressing.
